Upon arrival, after a long journey, I was excited to unwind in our luxurious room with its comfy bed, amazing shower, and ocean views. However, the pool area and the beach were not accessible right away. The loud noise from people near the pool made it hard to relax throughout the night.
The hotel was a luxurious retreat, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The stylish rooms with ocean views and huge, cool bathrooms provided a comfortable stay, although our room wasn't ready upon check-in.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was excellent, close to everything and with friendly rooms. The rooms were spacious and stylish, offering amazing views. The dining experience, although included, could have been better with more variety. The pool on top of the hotel was a highlight.
Upon checking in, our room wasn't ready which threw off our plans for the pool and beach, but once we got into our rooms, the experience was luxurious. The bed was super comfy, the shower was amazing, and the ocean views were stunning. However, the room was ready later than expected.
I couldn't wait to decompress in our rooms after a long journey from Isla Holbox. The rooftop pool and the nice kitchens added a special touch to our stay. However, the room was ready later than expected, which was a bit of a letdown.
After a long journey, I was delighted to decompress in the stylish and homely rooms at the hotel. The spacious and comfortable suite provided a modern and quiet retreat, with a great bed and shower. However, the check-in process seemed a bit confused, and the service during my stay was fantastic.
